Kudos to Kent Emerson, who conducted an excellent FEMA class, ICS-300: Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents, at Fire Station 1, Jan 22 -23. The class was well attended by personnel from Amelia, as well as others (like myself) from surrounding counties. There were many great lessons and exercises....and some outstanding pizza....that I'm sure will lead to smoother collaboration in the future. Many Thanks!

Company 2 did an outstanding job with the structure fire the other night. What could have been a very large and devistating fire for the homeovner turned into nothing more than a minor setback. Again great job to the first in guys. Oh yeah, the nozzleman was a new firefighter.
